YAY! I'm happy to announce that in addition to accepting self-pay clients from anywhere in California, Dr, Tarver also has limited availability for clients 18 and over with Solano County Partnership insurance. All sessions are held virtually.

Agape Counseling Center and Network is a non-profit counseling center which provides mental health, supportive services, and community resources. We accept Partnership insurance for virtual counseling sessions. We offer many no cost groups and trainings
