As of now, Medi-Cal covers doula services to support you during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. That means you can receive emotional support, education, advocacy, and guidance throughout your motherhood journey at no cost to you.

Doula support can include:
• Prenatal visits to help you prepare for birth
• Continuous support during labor and delivery
• Postpartum visits to help with recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care
• Resources and guidance so you feel confident and supported

Every mother deserves to feel informed, empowered, and cared for during this sacred time.

If you’re pregnant and have Medi-Cal in California, you may already qualify for these services.
