Full Recovery Wellness Center is a Substance Use IOP/OP program for NJ First Responders, including: Police, Fire, Corrections, EMS, Paramedics, and Military. Most of our clients have a history of both substance/alcohol use and trauma. We provide group, individual, trauma, and family therapy, as well as holistic treatment. We are currently virtual, so we serve clients from throughout the state.

As word gets out about the excellent quality of the services we offer, we've had a record-breaking influx of First Responders asking for help at our program. With such growth we are looking to add to our clinical team.

Hours are flexible and clinicians take on a caseload size of their comfort level. Clinicians are paid for clinical and nonclinical hours worked.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual psychotherapy
Facilitate group therapy sessions
Perform crisis intervention when necessary
Participate in weekly clinical meetings to consult on cases with the clinical team
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation
Preferred qualifications:

Specializing in treating first responder/military population;
Specializing in trauma treatment; or
From a first responder/military background.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
