Massachusetts-based SMILE Mass (Small Miracles in Life Exist) is hoping to make going to the beach easier with the donation of floating beach wheelchairs to Fairfield, Norwalk and Westport - the first recipients in the state. SMILE has donated more than 130 wheelchairs throughout New England.
