Last weekend we held a few invite-only classes to warm up the new space and fill it with all the love and good energy.
Come join us again this weekend (September 13 and 14) at our beautiful new home on Mankas Corner at 4920 Clayton Road.

Ashtanga
Ashtanga is a dynamic, disciplined path leading to strength, focus, and inner clarity. This class loosely follows the traditional Ashtanga sequencing linked by breath and movement (Vinyasa). With its steady rhythm and meditative structure, Ashtanga builds physical strength, flexibility, and mental resilience. Expect a strong, flowing practice that emphasizes ujjayi breath, drishti (gaze), and bandhas (internal locks) to cultivate presence and inner fire (tapas).
Yoga Rx
Yoga Rx is your prescription for presence. Dorene has been teaching this popular class for over a decade in various spaces. It is a gentle, breath-centered practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance in the mind, body, and spirit. Through slow, mindful movements on the floor and guided breathwork, this class invites you to turn inward, reconnect, and reset.
Somatic Yoga
Somatic Yoga is designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and holistic healing. Each session combines mindful movements through seated and standing poses with breath work, and body-based awareness to help release chronic tension, trauma and restore a sense of internal safety.
