What is Somatic Flow?
It’s NOT your typical yoga class and you won’t find anything similar around here.
This dynamic, somatic-based practice blends spiraling, wave-like movement, yoga kriyas, and breathwork to help release tension, regulate your nervous system, and move stuck energy out of your body.
Expect continuous, strength-based flow with moments of powerful, guided breathwork to build heat, shift energy, and deepen your connection within, followed by grounding integration to help it all land.
Rooted in trauma-informed principles, you’ll be guided to move in a way that feels safe, intuitive, and deeply supportive.
You’ll leave feeling open, energized, and more like yourself.
