Today, we honor the trans lives taken by anti-transgender violence and su***de. Transgender Day of Remembrance is a moment to reflect, to learn, and to recommit ourselves to building a world where every trans person is safe, seen, and valued. May we remember their names, and work toward a future where no more are lost. π―οΈπ³οΈββ§οΈ

Mental Illness and Substance Use conditions affect 1 in 4 people regardless of age, gender identity or ethnic background. These conditions are not the result of personal weakness, lack of character or poor upbringing. Behavioral Health challenges are treatable. Most people diagnosed with a serious mental illness or substance use disorder can experience relief from their symptoms by getting help and by learning ways to better manage their illness.
