The clue was right under their nose — literally 👃👄

Sometimes what looks like “sensory seeking” (crashing, chewing, constant movement) actually starts with something as simple as an open-mouth posture. When the mouth stays open, the body works harder to stabilize and self-regulate - and that can look like “sensory overload.”

At Brave Wings Therapy, our team looks at the whole child: speech, feeding, breathing, and everything in between, to uncover the root cause and create real, lasting progress.
