Today ENT of Fairfield adds Dr. Sam Spinowitz, MD to our team.

Dr. Richard Levin and Dr. Lawrence J. Fliegelman are excited to welcome Dr. Spinowitz, who graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and joins us from Crystal Run Healthcare in Rock Hill, NY, where he has practiced since 2019. He has experience in all aspects of Ear, Nose, and Throat practice with both adult and pediatric patients.

We are scheduling appointments for Dr. Spinowitz now! ENT of Fairfield is very excited for this new addition, and for helping our office further serve our community. Welcome, Dr. Spinowitz!

Haversat, Au.D., CCC-A, who spent more than a decade at Yale, where she provided comprehensive audiologic care across a broad range of clinical needs. She is committed to advancing hearing health through individualized care, clinical expertise, and patient education.

ENT of Fairfield is proud to announce a new addition to our practice! Heather H. Haversat, Au.D., CCC-A, is a licensed audiologist who earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Connecticut and completed her externship training at Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Haversat will join Dr. Cassandra M. Mazzacco, Au.D., CCC-A, in our audiology department, creating a dynamic team to further serve the community.

Before joining ENT of Fairfield, Dr. Haversat spent more than a decade at Yale, where she provided comprehensive audiologic care across a broad range of clinical needs. She is committed to advancing hearing health through individualized care, clinical expertise, and patient education.

We at ENT of Fairfield are happy to announce the expansion of our office with the opening of our new Audiology Center suite. The newest member of our staff Dr. Cassandra Mazzacco will be joining Dr. Heidi Guzik as audiologists in our new suite. With the recent marking of our 30th anniversary serving Fairfield County, we at ENT of Fairfield are looking forward to continuing that service for years to come. The Audiology Center will be a huge part of that.

We are tremendously excited to welcome to the ENT of Fairfield office, Cassandra M. Mazzacco, Au.D., CCC-A, our new audiologist!

Dr. Cassandra Mazzacco received her Doctorate in Audiology from the Long Island Au.D. Consortium (Adelphi, Hofstra, & St. John’s Universities) in 2021. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Hearing Science at Hofstra University in 2017. After graduation, she worked in Waterbury, CT at an ENT practice. She completed her clinical externship with ENT & Allergy Associates in NY. Her previous clinical experiences also include the clinics of Adelphi, Hofstra, and St. John’s universities, along with Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf, Long Island ENT Associates, and Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr. Mazzacco specializes in audiological and vestibular diagnostic testing and digital hearing aid fittings in adult and geriatric populations.
