🔥 Join Us for Our Fire 🔥 Cider 🥶 Workshop

We’re excited to invite you to a Fire Cider Workshop at Fairfield Family Health on Thursday, December 18th from 5:30 PM–7:00 PM. Space is limited! This hands-on class will be led by Ellen Demotses, a local herbalist and educator.

Fire Cider is a traditional herbal tonic that supports immune health and wellness for the entire family—perfect for the winter season.

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Emily Hernandez to our team, beginning October 17th!

Dr. Hernandez is a licensed Naturopathic Physician with extensive experience in Lyme disease, gastrointestinal health and hormones. She began her career at a Lyme-literate clinic in San Diego and has since become a recognized speaker, educator, and consultant in integrative medicine. She received Lyme training through ILADS (International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society).

She has presented a holistic approach to Lyme disease at the Scripps Integrative Medicine Conference, created a three-part educational series on Lyme, including pathophysiology, testing and diagnosis, and treatment approaches featured as a webinar series for practitioners, and was featured on Dr. Talks’ Lyme Summit discussing the connection between Lyme disease and the microbiome. She has been published in peer-reviewed journals on topics including the microbiome and women’s health. She also has a special interest in preconception care, helping individuals optimize their health before pregnancy to support the health of future generations

Her approach combines immune support, microbiome balance, detoxification, and hormone optimization to address root causes and guide patients toward long-term wellness.
