But all these cultures based their lives on the fundamental science of well-being of the 4 directions.

I practice an original form of Energy therapy or Energy work from Mesoamerica (Anawak) that I learned from a Traditional teacher and Medicine Man.
This work has thousands of years of Continuity.

I'm very blessed and happy to have inherited some of these teachings myself now as a Mexican American.

They are natural to me and that facilitates the effect of the therapy on everyone I treat.

Of course any human can learn from any place in the world.

We are universal.

When your Energy is recharged and harmonized
you won't have intense cravings of any sort that may distort your character. Like a self destructive addiction.

(It's part of life and can happen to anyone.)

The more integrated version of yourself can then come through you.

That's a General way to get an idea of how integrated your Energy really is.
