Humam Akbik, MD, Ashley Engel, NP, and John Gaffney, NP, take a whole-person approach with all the patients they care for. Comprehensive care is especially invaluable when treating complex conditions like cancer pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and neuropathy.

He works with each patient to develop a customized treatment plan that includes the therapies they need, whether from conventional, interventional, or alternative medicine. Dr. Akbik also specializes in treating back pain and performing minimally invasive spine surgery. He helps patients with the full range of back problems, from sciatica and spinal stenosis to degenerative disc disease.
