Meet our staff! Jessica is our assistant director and social media manager! Jessica is the heart behind the scenes at MLPA, helping keep everything running smoothly while supporting our Director and handling communications and paperwork with care and dedication. What truly sets Jessica apart is her deep compassion for serving others. She loves working alongside our explorers, cheering them on as they grow, learn, and achieve their goals. Jessica thrives on problem-solving and helping others, and her favorite days at MLPA are filled with smiles, laughter, and those proud moments when explorers realize just how much they’ve accomplished. With 15+ years of experience and a genuine love for supporting people with disabilities, Jessica is a huge part of what makes MLPA so special. We are lucky to have her!
