Shout out to our Rehab Team and FPAR IDT for the thoughtful initiative to celebrate the Dietary and EVS staff for Cooking The Love Season 3.

It’s inspiring to see the “Love One Another” spirit so beautifully demonstrated. This is CAPLICO in action—uplifting one another and honoring the incredible people who care for our residents every day.

Winning the Ensign flag is an incredible honor and it was awarded to a very few facilities who meets the standards of clinical, financial and cultural excellence.

FPAR was one of 49 flag winners from almost 400 Skilled Nursing Facilities of Ensign. The Flag was awarded by Ensign’s CEO Barry Port.

This recognition is a reflection of a team committed in excellence, consistency, accountability, resilience, strong leadership and a culture built on integrity. It doesn’t mean that we are perfect but we fix right away our mistakes and we always strive to move from GOOD to GREAT!

Growth is our standard. We refuse to settle for something less. We always aim to give our very best.

Every member of Team FPAR plays a vital role in achieving this milestone and this is just the beginning.
