I had been struggling with severe sciatic and lower back pain for a long time. At one point the pain was going from my lower back down through my hip and leg into my calf and foot. It was affecting my ability to walk, exercise, and just live my normal life.

After starting ANF Therapy with Brian, I began noticing changes that I honestly didn’t think were possible. The nerve pain that had been constant started to calm down, and over time my sciatica completely resolved. What I’m left with now is just some occasional lower back tightness, which is a huge improvement from where I started.

Brian is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about helping his clients feel better. He took the time to explain what was happening in my body and always made me feel comfortable during treatments.

I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made and for the care I received. If you’re dealing with nerve pain, sciatica, or chronic back issues, I would absolutely recommend seeing Brian and learning more about ANF Therapy.

I am 35 and dealt with low back pain for the 1st time in my life. I thought I was still in my 20's and lifted something the wrong way. I'm a pretty active guy and could barely drive or sleep without having pain in my low back. After about a month of living with the pain, I tied going to a chiropractor but my 5 min "adjustments" 3x per week were not helping. After 3 weeks of chiropractor visits I decided to see a doctor that specialized in spine care. He sent me for an MRI. I had 4 disks bulging in my low back (L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5, and L5-S1). They recommended a steroid injection and Physical Therapy. The steroid injection and Physical Therapy could not see me for over 3 weeks. My wife who is a big believer in holistic medicine started doing research online and found Fairhaven Wellness. I have to admit I read the reviews and was skeptical if it would help me but decided to reach out because I had nothing to lose. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE! I am now 90% better after just 3 ANF therapy treatments with Brian. I canceled my steroid injection and just recently started my Physical Therapy. I feel like I'm getting stronger and back to normal a little each day. Prior to seeing Brian I was starting to lose hope that anyone could help me. To be honest it felt like nobody cared about me and helping me get better. They only cared about billing my insurance and collecting their copay. Brian is the opposite of that. He is compassionate, smart, and a all around good person. He cares about his patients and would do anything to make them feel better. Don't hesitate one second longer and book an appointment to see Brian. You will not regret it!

It’s hard to believe this was a review from three years ago. To be honest we have grown and continue to improve daily. Fibromyalgia is very treatable and this case only took 2 treatments and week for 5 weeks to fully resolve.

This was a cool case where the client had bicep tendonitis and a locked ac joint which wouldn’t allow her to raise her arm at all. After 15 minutes of ANF discs being applied she was able to raise her arm with Zero pain and full range of motion.
