A message from our Administrator:
Over the past few days, as a blizzard swept through our community, something incredible happened inside the walls of Our Lady’s Haven.
While roads were closed and travel was nearly impossible, our team showed up — and stayed. Nurses, CNAs, Dietary, Environmental Services, Rehab, Maintenance, and Leadership all worked together around the clock to ensure our residents remained safe, warm, comfortable, and cared for.
Some staff slept here, some worked extended shifts, and all of them demonstrated what true dedication looks like.
In long-term care, this isn’t just a job — it’s a commitment to the people who call our facility home.
To our families: please know your loved ones were in steady, compassionate hands every minute of the storm. Please be careful as you resume visiting in the coming days.
To our staff: I am beyond proud to stand and work beside you. Your resilience, teamwork, and heart make all the difference.
