Community Nurse is a nonprofit, independent home care agency providing visiting nurse, hospice, private care, and wellness services to southeastern Massachusetts since 1916. In alignment with our mission to bring compassionate healthcare services home, we provide a range of comprehensive health care and social services to meet patient needs through personalized care in the community and within the privacy of home. Importantly, Community Nurse offers all members of our community access to quality healthcare no matter the economic environment, amount of insurance reimbursement, or complexity of illness. We strive to exceed expectations and continue to develop innovative programs and services to meet community health needs. Community Nurse has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a High Performing Home Health provider, earning an overall rating of 4.75 out of 5, including a perfect 5 out of 5 for Patient Experience.

This recognition reflects the compassion, dedication, and excellence of our nurses, therapists, clinicians, volunteers, and staff, who go above and beyond to support patients and families throughout our community.

Bingo Takes a Snow Day!

Mother Nature had other plans, and with hazardous driving conditions, parking bans, power outages, and the safety of our guests in mind, we’re postponing our Bingo Night.

New Date: Thursday, March 5th
Seaport Resort & Marina, Fairhaven from 7-9 PM, doors open at 6PM

PLEASE SHARE WITH FRIENDS TO HELP US GET THE WORD OUT.
