Inversion & Arm Balancing 101

This four-week series focuses on building strength, flexibility, and control through advanced poses. Each Sunday targets a few key poses and skill work —to develop technique and body awareness in a steady progression. Each class will focus on a warmup, a breakdown of selected advanced poses, and when/how to incorporate them into your everyday practice. Recommended to attend all 4 sessions, but drop ins are welcome.
Week 1 – Crow and variations, tripod, splits, bird of paradise
Week 2 – Core compression and stability, side plank extension, headstand, flamingo, compass
Week 3 – Side crow, eight angle, forearm balance, infinity,
Week 4 – Wheel/bow, king pigeon, handstands, peacock, transitions
Please bring your yoga mat, 2 cork yoga blocks, water, and any questions you may have.
