🦴🔧 Happy Surgical Tech Week! 🔧🦴
This week, we celebrate the surgical technologists who make orthopedic surgery possible—from setting up complex instrument trays to ensuring every screw, plate, and implant is ready at a moment’s notice.

Ortho surgeries demand precision, teamwork, and quick thinking—and our surgical techs rise to the challenge every single day. Thank you for helping patients get back on their feet (literally!) and for keeping the operating room safe, efficient, and focused on healing. 💙

👏 Join us in recognizing the orthopedic surgical techs who help restore movement and improve lives!

This! So grateful I had great coaches, parents and teammates who provided an amazing youth sports experience. It truly shaped me and taught me lessons I wouldn’t have otherwise gained. I treasure those memories more than words can capture. The losses, injuries, and failures are just as valuable as the championships won, and probably more.

You can believe both.

You can believe we should focus on developing the athlete, and also believe we shouldn't miss developing the human being along the way.

You can believe that participation trophies shouldn't be handed out, and also believe inclusion matters in youth sports.

You can believe kids need to develop mental toughness, and also believe it's ok for an athlete to step back and care for their mental health.

You can believe kids need to learn how to lose, and also believe in not giving up on young athletes who struggle with their emotions when they do.

You can believe the best players should play, and also believe in not making cuts at young ages so kids get the experience of being on a team.

You can believe there should be healthy accountability from coaches in practice and games, and also believe toxic coaching has no place in youth sports.

Caring about more than winning and losing isn't soft.

It's making the environments in which our youth athletes play HEALTHY.

And whether these athletes have dreams to go D1 or they're just out there wanting to play the sport with their friends... we should all believe they deserve an environment like THAT.
