Meet our resident, Jolane Edwards!

Born in Biloxi, MS, and raised in Mobile, Jolane’s journey is one of creativity and connection. A proud graduate of Murphy High School and the University of Alabama—where she studied English and Journalism and met her husband of 65 years—Jolane has led a life full of adventure.

As an accomplished artist and author with four published books, she has plenty of stories to share, including fascinating memories of her friendship with George and Barbara Bush! Having traveled the world as part of her husband Jack’s career as a Congressman, Jolane now brings that vibrant spirit and a treasure trove of experiences to our community.

We are so honored to have Jolane and her wonderful stories with us at The Reserve!

Meet Kevin Parish, our Associate of the Month! Kevin serves as a full-time Driver here at The Reserve at Fairhope.

After a dedicated 33-year career in the medical field in West Lafayette, Indiana, Kevin—a Fairhope native—and his wife Cathi decided it was time to return to their roots. We are so glad they did! Kevin shares that joining our team has given him a renewed sense of purpose, and his infectious positive attitude has quickly made him a favorite among our residents.

When he isn’t behind the wheel, Kevin is a family man through and through. He is incredibly proud of his children and grandchildren, and he loves spending his time entertaining, gardening, and diving into his many hobbies.

Congratulations, Kevin! We are so grateful for the joy and dedication you bring to our community every single day.

We had so much fun hosting "The Art of Hatmaking" luncheon here at The Reserve. Debbie Clolinger-Hill Debs Designs in Mobile shared the stories behind her signature fascinators—from her inspirations in Mobile to seeing her work at the 2025 Kentucky Derby.
