We had a great time at the Health and Wellness Fair in Fairhope yesterday. Thanks so much to those that came by to talk and learn about coaching services! We look forward to working with some of you, and to have been able to share information and tips with others.

Come by and see us at the Nix Center in Fairhope from 11am-1pm next Tuesday, October 10th. It is time for the annual fall Health and Wellness Fair. We will be talking with folks about the benefits of professional health and wellness coaching and how it can be an invaluable part of your overall approach to both physical and mental well-being. We had a wonderful turnout for the anxiety workshop this past weekend. Thank you so much to all that attended, and to the South Baldwin Literacy Council for sponsoring it!

Anxiety is so closely tied to our physical and mental wellbeing, our choices, and our ability to continue our progress in several life areas.
