Heather brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to bodywork, combining advanced training with a genuine passion for helping others feel their best. A graduate of the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies, she furthered her education internationally at the International School of Massage Chiang Mai, where she completed an immersive training in Traditional Thai massage.

With over five years of experience, Heather has built a reputation for blending technical skill with intuitive care. Her background in both clinical and therapeutic environments allows her to create sessions that are not only deeply relaxing, but highly effective.

She specializes in integrating Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Swedish massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Traditional Thai techniques—crafting each session to meet the unique needs of the individual.

Clients can expect a calm, supportive space where they feel heard, cared for, and confident in their treatment plan.
