⭐ MEET THE TEAM ⭐

Meet Leslie Madden, our Marketing Manager at Direct PT/DX! Leslie joined our team in July 2020 and brings over 15 years of experience in the workers’ comp industry. She thrives on making sure adjusters, nurse case managers and employers know they can trust Direct PT/DX to handle referrals the right way, from the beginning.

Leslie’s favorite memory? Being invited to join the team she had always respected - it remains one of the best decisions of her career! Her attention to detail and commitment to timely, individualized service truly set Direct PT/DX apart.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff, their five children, seven grandchildren, and two dogs. She loves comedy shows, trying new restaurants, paint classes, playing Bunco, traveling, cheering on the Crimson Tide, and tending to her gardens.

Today is Linda’s official last day with Direct PT & DX, and it’s hard to put into words what that truly means, so we asked a few of our amazing team members to share what it means to them.

From being our very first hire to teaching every single one of us how to serve with excellence, Linda helped build this company from the ground up. She opened doors, led with heart, reminded us that “it is what it is,” and showed us every day how to take care of each other so we could take care of our clients.

If you’ve ever heard something kind about Direct PT/DX, there’s a good chance it started with Linda. Her impact, leadership, and legacy live on through every team member and every relationship she touched.

Linda, you are the heartbeat of this place, and while we’ll miss you deeply, we’re so excited for this next chapter, one that’s been so well earned.
