NS is truly the MOST FUN workout with great results! Ive worked out my whole life, but never loved strength training until now! At age 41, I feel stronger than ever. Nonie makes it fun and hard at the same time!

Day 9 of our NS FAVES!!!! Day 9 comes from our strong and bad a$$ Leslie-Ann!

There truly are so many reasons to love NS Studio! The workouts, music and instructors bring it every class, but the community is what continues to make us all come back.

Every person who walks through the door is met with encouragement, a well planned and balanced workout, and given the confidence to be the best version of ourselves (and sometimes a good competitive push 😉)!

If you’re looking for a place that helps you become stronger on the inside as much as the outside, this is it.
