My day didn’t start off to good, I started a full pot of coffee and didn’t put the pot under the coffee machine. Yeah!!! What a mess! But I have THIEVES householder cleaner. It cleans hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, glass top stoves and stainless steel appliances. All is good.

Have you ever tried essential oils in your exercise routine? R.C. ( respiratory care) does an amazing job opening the airways. Rub a few drops on your chest to open the airways and encourage oxygen to the brain.

* 1 tsp. Witch hazel
