Hello All!

This is just a reminder that the final couple months of the year are upon us. The vast majority of commercial insurances, Medicaid plans, and Medicare plans will reset on January 1st, 2026. This is the perfect time to make sure you utilize your insurance benefits before they are gone. If your current plan has deductibles met, paying with reduced-cost co-insurances, or met your Max Out of Pocket (Max OOP), the opportunity to start or continue improving your spinal health is no better than now. If you are unsure where your benefits stand today, your benefits can be verified through the office and you can always call the number on the back of your insurance card.

For any questions about your benefits and to make an appointment, reach out the office by calling 234-334-7770, emailing info@integchiro.com, or responding to the text message reminders you may have received in the past. We look forward to seeing you and of course, if you know anybody who would like to start chiropractic care, we are always appreciative of referrals!

Here's a quick, easy, and natural way to help reduce stress and anxiety! Take 2 small breaths in and one long breath out. It may take more than a few cycles to feel any effect (give it 4-5 cycles and see how you feel). Don't forget to resume normal breathing afterwards, too!
