A concussion is a mild traumatic brain injury… but there’s nothing mild about the symptoms.

⚡️ “Stingers” — That sudden burning, tingling, or shock down the arm isn’t something to ignore.

Common in athletes and active individuals, a stinger happens when the nerves in the neck and shoulder get irritated or compressed. It might last seconds… or linger longer than expected. Either way, it’s your body telling you something needs attention.
