What’s the most significant thing we've done that has positively impacted the company/industry? Here at the Arbors at Fairlawn, our main focus is on the resident and the care at the bedside. We have longevity in our staff that affords us to have continuity of care unlike other facilities.
What positive feedback have you received from clients, stakeholders, or other colleagues about the team's work? We are lucky enough to have received glowing remarks from a wide variety of clientele and their families. They are grateful for the patient-centered approach that we take.
What's your favorite hobby or activity outside of work? I am an artist at heart, and I love to create beautiful and unique items.
What do you have in mind for your next vacation? I love to travel; I am also a big cruiser. I will be headed out at the end of this year.
How long have you been at Arbors at Fairlawn, and why did you choose this role? I have had the privilege of being the Administrator here at the Arbors at Fairlawn for the last 2.5 years. I chose this role as I believe in this company. They talk the talk, but unlike other companies, they walk the walk. I don't have to fight for what the residents need; I am just able to trust that I can get it for them.
