✨Free Outdoor Yoga✨

Join me for Free Donation based Yoga and Sound Meditation every Sunday starting June 12- August 28.

Celebrating 2 years of community yoga is so exciting, my goal this year is to pick one Local charity in the Akron area at the beginning of September to give all collected donations to.

This class will be 40 mins of Beginner Level Slow Flow Yoga with 10 minuets of Sound Meditation, I will have a few mats I can provide if needed, bring water, blocks, towel, blanket, or just yourself to enjoy natures beauty, birds and sunshine at Croghan Park.

I am so excited to host Community Yoga again after a long year os isolation, this is the perfect opportunity to get back into nature and co exist with our neighbors.

I hope to connect with you soon :)

When I tell people I’m in the military I often get a strange look, a little judgement, and mostly shock lol

I joined the military because I wanted to do something bigger than myself, so serve my community when kneed, and to forever hold myself to a higher standard 🇺🇸

I always say, you can’t judge until you experience something first hand, I’m proud to serve my country and community, to do my part

✨Boat Pose ✨

Boat pose opens the chest and engages the muscles in your core while also strengthening the hip flexors and adductor muscles (muscles that help with hip extension). Stretches the hamstrings. Boat pose can help alleviate tightness in the hamstrings, which can reduce flexibility or potentially lead to injury.
