🔔 Altitude Social House is hiring Child Watch Specialists!
Altitude Social House is a vibrant community hub offering fitness, wellness, and event/co-working spaces. We are home to several women-owned businesses including and others offering services such as IV therapy, waxing, cold plunge, sauna, facial, massage, fertility and pelvic floor physical therapy, and more.
Our Child Watch service provides safe, engaging care for children aged 6 months to 10 years while parents utilize any of the services available at Altitude Social House. We are looking for nurturing and responsible Child Watch Specialists to join our team and help create a welcoming space for families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and actively engage children in a safe and fun environment for up to two hours per visit while parents use services such as fitness classes, wellness treatments, and co-working spaces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure space, ensuring all toys and materials are sanitized regularly.
• Enforce check-in and check-out policies to ensure children’s safety at all times.
• Assist parents and guardians with scheduling, bookings, and cancellations through our child watch system.
Schedule & Available Shifts:
Monday-Thursday: 8am-4pm, 4pm-7:30pm
Friday: 8am-2pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7:30am-12:30pm
Qualifications:
• Experience working with children (daycare, babysitting, teaching, or related fields preferred).
• Energetic, patient, and approachable with strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of child development and behavior management.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).
**Must pass a background check prior to employment.
