Your trainer is with you the entire time to ensure you are performing movements properly and making tweaks to optimize every movement!
This is especially important in preventing injuries and making sure you get the most out of every rep.
Here we have Carter and John demonstrating our thought process when we make adjustments during a chest press. Many clients perform this move to strengthen the chest and shoulders which helps with posture, ability to carry items throughout the day, and perform any kind of pushing motion.
