Meet Dr. Bach – Sports Medicine Specialist, and Nonsurgical Orthopedic Physician
Dr. Bach completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, where he was trained by the team physicians for the Columbus Blue Jackets, a professional NHL hockey team and the Columbus Crew, a Major League Soccer club in based in Columbus, Ohio. He has also served as a sports medicine physician for Worthington Christian High School and Otterbein University. During his Family and Community Medicine residency at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital, he was trained by the team physicians of FC Cincinnati, the professional soccer club based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr. Bach brings extensive experience in treating patients with musculoskeletal pain, as well as athletes at the professional, collegiate, high school, and youth levels.
He is committed to practicing evidence-based medicine and has a special interest in nonsurgical orthopedic care, musculoskeletal injuries, diagnostic and therapeutic musculoskeletal ultrasound, regenerative tissue therapies, soft tissue pain syndromes, osteoarthritis management, and both acute and chronic tendon conditions using advanced, innovative techniques. His expertise also includes the treatment of joint pain, rib pain, upper and lower extremity pain, sports-related concussions, osteopathic manipulation, and sports nutrition.

We are veey excited to share that Dr. Dallara, who specializes in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology, joined our practice on September 3, 2025. He completed his Anesthesiology residency at Allegheny Health Network in 2016 and his Chronic and Interventional Pain Fellowship at Allegheny Health Network in 2017. Dr. Dallara previously served as Chair of Chronic/Interventional Pain at University Hospital from 2017 to 2023 and Chair of Pain Medicine at Aultman Hospital from 2023 to 2025. His strong background in interventional pain management and patient-centered care will further support our clinical mission. Outside of medicine, Dr. Dallara is a martial artist and black belt instructor, a national champion competitor, and a member of the U.S. Junior Olympic Team. He also enjoys weightlifting, fishing, and hunting.

Please welcome, Dr. Kiran Tamirisa, MD to our practice!
Dr. Tamirisa, who specializes in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology, joined our group as a part-time provider on August 25, 2025. He completed his Anesthesiology residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 1980 and earned his Pain Management Board Certification in 1994 from East River Anesthesia at Bon Secours Mercy St. Charles Hospital. With over 40 years of clinical experience, Dr. Tamirisa recently relocated from Toledo to Cuyahoga Falls to be closer to his family. He is passionate about continuing to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. Beyond his professional life, Dr. Tamirisa enjoys gardening, carpentry, singing Indian pop music, traveling, and learning the Veena, a classical Indian string instrument.
