✨ Teacher Spotlight: Liz ✨
Teaching since 2014 (and practicing since 2010), Liz brings a vibe that’s equal parts challenging, creative, and completely nonjudgmental. Whether you’re flowing through every pose or just showing up as you are—her class is a space where you belong 🤍
Her sequences will push you (in the best way), surprise you with new transitions, and remind you that growth doesn’t have to look perfect.
Her go-to song in shavasana is “Be Here Now” by Ray LaMontagne. Outside of class, she loves “Tribe” by J. Cole & Bas- and every now and then, you might still catch it in her playlists.
Her favorite pose? Handstands. Not just for the strength, but for what they represent. After years of self-doubt, that practice became proof that limits are often just noise, and we’re capable of far more than we believe.
She originally took her teacher training just to deepen her understanding of the practice, with no intention of teaching (public speaking terrified her). She started subbing at the end of her training to help out while another instructor was on maternity leave, and somewhere along the way, she pushed through a lot of fear and started to feel comfortable in her own skin for the first time. It was truly transformative.
Now, she brings that same energy into every class- creating a space rooted in unconditional acceptance and community, where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and truly feel like you belong ❤️
Outside the studio, Liz is a registered nurse working as an organ transplant coordinator (yes, she’s incredible). She’s also certified in barre, cycle, acro, antigravity, Buti, and SUP yoga—always learning, always growing.
But her favorite role of all? Being a mom to Max 🫶
Come take her class and see for yourself 💫
