Mid-Stage Ankle Sprain Rehab 💪
Building strength, balance, and control to get you back on your feet (literally)! 🦶✨

Try these 6 key exercises we use in the clinic for ankle stability and performance recovery:
1️⃣ Lateral Creeper Walk (knee bent, band at foot) – 3x12
2️⃣ Forward/Backward Line Hops – 3x30
3️⃣ Side-to-Side Line Hops – 3x30
4️⃣ Single Leg Stance “Airplane” with Weight Transfer – 3x12 each
5️⃣ Eccentric Step Down – 3x12 each
6️⃣ Single Leg Calf Raise – 3x12 each

These help restore ankle strength, proprioception, and dynamic balance — crucial steps before returning to sport or full activity 🏃‍♀️⚡️

⚠️ Always consult a licensed physical therapist before beginning new exercises or rehab programs.
