🎯 What is Dry Needling & Why Do We Use It in PT? 🎯

Dry needling is a technique that targets tight muscles and trigger points to reduce pain, improve mobility, and speed up recovery. ❤️‍🩹

🔬 Unlike acupuncture, it’s based on modern anatomy and muscle science — helping you get back to moving your best, faster.

💡 Why Do We Use It:
✔️ Reduce pain and improve blood flow to an area of the body
✔️ Activate muscles using electrical stimulation
✔️ Deactivate a painful, spasming muscle
✔️ Improve scar tissue and incision mobility after surgery

🩺 Curious if dry needling is right for you? DM us now!
