Welcome Brookana Bonezzi, CPNP-PC, PMHNP-BC to Our Team at Florence Kimbo MD, LLC!

Brook is a dual board-certified Pediatric and Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of advanced practice experience. She provides compassionate, evidenced based care for children, adolescents and adults. Her diverse background includes work in pediatric primary care, inpatient detox and correctional health, where she has developed strong skills in crisis management, psychotherapy and medication management.

Brook offers both virtual and in-person appointments at our Fairlawn/Akron location.

Outside of work Brook enjoys football, biking, kayaking and spending time with her family. We are very excited to have Brook join us!

Florence Kimbo MD, LLC welcomes our new provider Austin Smith, PMHNP-BC to our team!

Austin’s areas of specialty include but are not limited to childhood through adulthood mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, military Veteran mental heath care, bipolar disorder, and behavioral/emotional symptoms.

Austin uses therapy when applicable in individual settings as well as discussing and initiating medication management when needed. His goal is to work with you throughout the process of addressing individual mental health needs and to increase the quality of life of those he treats.
