Congratulations to Ava Green and Tiera Gennis for being December's Making A Difference Winners!

Ava and Tiera were nominated for this award by representing The Village's values of Benevolence, Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Kindness. Below is what was said with their nominations:

Ava- “She is always putting the residents first. She treats them all like family. She knows all her residents by name and knows all their orders by heart, down to how many creams and sugars they like in their coffee.”

Tiera- “Tiera is the best caregiver I have ever seen! She barely ever sits down. If she’s not doing laundry, cleaning, or fixing meals, she’s consistently caring for all our residents. She is truly a blessing to St. Eds!”
