Currently we offer private yoga classes, private group classes; we are happy to come to your local gathering with you and your friends for a yoga class in the comfort of your own space, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, supporting businesses with developing wellness in the workplace for better productivity, community yoga classes and workshops.
