We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will collaborate closely with our physical and occupational therapy departments to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults and pediatric patients. We are currently offering part-time hours with the opportunity to increase as our patient base continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Deliver high-quality therapy services for pediatric and adult populations (depending on caseload).
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and facility standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support progress.
Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and community outreach as needed.
Qualifications:
Masterβs degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current WV state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
