⭐️We are looking for a Full Time, Part-time, or PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)⭐️ to assist with weekly treatments in our Fairmont outpatient clinic where the team is focused on helping patients to "reach their peak!" Responsibilities include coordinating with primary clinical staff regarding patient treatment needs and effectively carrying out evidenced based interventions. Elevate Therapy Center offers the opportunity to work directly with a variety of patient demographics and conditions, including adults and pediatrics, in an outpatient setting with the ultimate goal of restoring independence and function. ⭐️We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)⭐️ to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will collaborate closely with our physical and occupational therapy departments to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults and pediatric patients.
