Your glasses prescription includes important information that helps eye care professionals select the right lenses for your vision needs.

A glasses prescription will typically be separated into OD for your right eye and OS for your left eye. SPH (sphere) refers to the lens power needed to help you see clearly. CYL (cylinder) may also be present if you have astigmatism in either eye.
