It is with great sadness and sincere regret that we announce the upcoming closure of our Fairmont office, located in the Victoria State Building, effective March 31, 2026.
This difficult decision comes as a result of increasing operational expenses, existing debt obligations, and a sustained decline in revenue. Despite our best efforts to continue serving the community, these challenges have made it no longer feasible to maintain operations at this location.
While the Fairmont office will be closing, CSC will continue to operate in Buffalo Center, Iowa, where we will provide primary care and orthopedic services. We are also actively working to expand our offerings, including recruiting for therapy services, pain management, and additional specialties to better serve our patients.
On a personal note, I will continue to focus on addressing orthopedic needs throughout Northern Iowa and Southern Minnesota.
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to our dedicated employees—past and present—and to the patients who have trusted us with their care over the past 35+ years. It has truly been an honor and a privilege to serve the Fairmont community.
