As family's begin to prepare for the Thanksgiving Meal with this blessed Season ending on Thursday November 28, 2024 we are reminded of the dear loved ones who are not here to celebrate this year. Most of them had favorite foods that they looked forward to sharing with family and I'm sure you will think of them while in your homes at the dinner table. I will remember the potato pies that I never mastered like Bug and Mamma and Mr. George. I think the last one George gave me was his master piece prepared a few months before he passed away. We had a chance to visit his grave in the South Carolina National Cemetery this year. RIP George, love you Mamma, Take it Light Bug and all of my wonderful Hill's Funeral Home Family's and friends who have passed. Be mindful that this if not the end and one day soon, we will meet again. Our hope is that we will be ready to answer the call when our time arrives. Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving. Your servants in deed.....
