Bhakti Flow with Angela is an all-levels class that playfully fuses mantra, myth, vinyasa, qigong, and yin yoga. Bhakti Yoga is known as the "yoga of devotion." Originally a counter-culture movement that rebelled against the caste system in India, Bhakti Yoga is owned by no one and is free to be interpreted and offered differently from teacher to teacher.

Book Club just started a new book!! Warrior Goddess Training: Become the Women You are Meant to Be by Heatherash Amara. LYT with Holly is designed to prepare the body for functional movement (hinging, squatting, reaching, getting up & down from the ground). Classes begin with a resetting of the body to get you organized for the practice, focusing on establishing a neutral pelvis and engaging the core.

In the evening, join Alesia for her brand new Hatha Flow class. In Sanskrit, “Ha” represents sun and “tha” represents moon. This alludes to the opposites in our lives, such as yin and yang, light and darkness, hard and soft, vigorous and gentle. This class will involve breath work, a gentle warm up, sun salutations, asana (poses), and meditation. In Hatha Yoga, the poses are held for several breaths allowing a connection to develop between the body, mind & breath. No previous yoga experience needed!

Mindful Movements Flow with Alesia is a class where conscious awareness, breath, and slow, yet, dynamic movement are synchronized to create an experience of harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. We will begin class with pranayama (breathing practices), moving into gentle asanas (poses) and then completing class with a wonderful Savasana that includes meditation.

Summer is the season for Yin Yoga, a yoga practice that allows us to slow down, cool off, and stretch deeply. Vinyasa Yoga allows us to mindfully move our bodies, flowing from one posture to the next. YINYASA with Erin offers the best of both practices!

Nia with Kristi is a holistic fitness practice that conditions and strengthens your body while nourishing your soul. Every Nia class incorporates elements from dance, martial arts and healing arts to provide an accessible, whole-body workout using 52 simple moves and a balance of form/technique and freeform movement. For everybody and every body of any age, fitness level, size, shape and ability can practice Nia!

Learn the basics of yoga in a safe, supportive, relaxed atmosphere! Beginners Yoga with Angela is all about building awareness of the body and the breath. We’ll explore poses from the ground up, emphasizing function over form to find variations that work best for your body while making sure you receive the intended benefits of the practice.

In Yin Yoga with Alesia, we practice pranayama (breathing practices) and the poses are held for several minutes. Through longer held poses, you are invited to deepen and connect to the mind, body and breath. This deep practice is gentle yet intense, helping to release tension and practice staying present. Yin complements the more muscularly strenuous styles of yoga. You will leave renewed and whole having experienced the stillness of Yin.

Elemental Yoga with Mark is named for its exploration of many styles of yoga and their connection to nature. This all-levels class combines elements of power yoga, hatha, vinyasa, kundalini, yin, and a touch of restorative meditation in a fun and supportive environment. If you enjoy incorporating a bit more of a workout with your practice, this class is for you. If you are looking for something a bit more relaxed, there are always modifications offered for sequences some might find intense. Arrive with an open mind and leave feeling empowered!

Evening Wind Down with Kristi uses a variety of techniques, including gentle rhythmic movement and stretching, breathwork, meditation, story and Yoga Nidra, to craft a calming practice is suitable for anyone, including those new to yoga. Accompanied by peaceful music, soothing scent, and light touch, Evening Wind Down helps you prepare your body and mind to enter a restful sleep.

Kitten Yoga with Erin is a fun, beginner-friendly yoga class that includes lots of cute cuddly kittens!! These sweet babies would love to socialize with you and give you an extra dose of serotonin!! Okay, I'll admit it - practicing arm balances won't make you a better person, or even a better yogi. BUT there are several good reasons to practice them anyway.

My favorite reason is THEY'RE FUN!!! Including arm balances in a yoga practice gives you an opportunity to PLAY. As adults, we just don't play enough. It doesn't matter whether or not your feet ever leave the ground; experimenting with arm balances - and finding creative ways to achieve a certain shape - can be exhilarating and confidence-boosting.

And talk about one-pointed focus! It's impossible for the mind to wander when it's given a task like balancing the weight of the body on the hands.
