As we step into the coming year, one theme keeps gently resurfacing: connection.

Connection to your body,
Connection to your breath,
Connection to your spirit, and
Connection to one another.

At Main Street Yoga, we believe yoga is about so much more than movement. It’s a sanctuary — a place to pause, listen inward, and feel held in community. As the year unfolds, we invite you to reconnect in meaningful ways. This coming week features two special offerings designed to support this intention.

✨ Spiritual Connection: A Sound Journey & Dharma Talk
Thursday, January 22 | 7:00–8:00 PM

This evening is an invitation to slow down and come home to yourself. We’ll begin with a reflective Dharma talk centered on spiritual connection, offering insight and grounding wisdom for the year ahead. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply nourishing sound journey, where vibration and sound support rest, regulation, and inner listening.

This is a space to soften, to feel, and to reconnect with what truly matters — within and beyond the mat.

🌿 Renew & Reconnect: A 4-Week Yoga Series
Sundays, January 25–February 15 | 2:00–3:00 PM

Connection is not a one-time experience — it’s a practice. This four-week series is thoughtfully designed to help you rebuild and restore that relationship with yourself over time.

Each week offers a different focus:

Release tension and quiet the nervous system
Recenter and rebalance through mindful flow
Rebuild gentle strength with support and care
Renew through breathwork, restoration, and meditation

While each class stands on its own, participating in the full series allows the deeper arc of reconnection to unfold.

💞As the coming year invites us to reconnect — to ourselves, to our communities, and to what grounds us — we hope you’ll join us. We have many more opportunities in store, including full moon circles, dreamwork circles, and a FREE "Memory Wellness Group."

Main Street Yoga is more than a studio. It’s a place to be seen, supported, and gently reminded that you don’t have to walk this path alone.

We would love to hold space for you.

With warmth and connection,
The Main Street Yoga Team

Let's face it - too many of us rush through our days ignoring the needs of our body. Embodied Slow Flow with Angela is an opportunity to slow down, check in with the body, and address its needs with gentle, breath-centric movement. Designed for beginners and those who prefer a slower pace, we'll use our time on the mat to address key areas of the body where muscular tension tends to accumulate including neck, shoulders, upper back, low back, and hips.
