We were thrilled to welcome a great crowd—both residents and community members from the Fairmont area for an afternoon of humor and good company. Several of our staff and a few brave residents took the stage to share their favorite jokes, and they had the room roaring.
Our culinary team added to the fun with lemonade, banana bars, and fresh popcorn, making it a perfect blend of laughter and treats.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our Comedy Club debut such a success. We look forward to many more afternoons of smiles and community togetherness.

We had a wonderful St. Patrick’s Day celebration at Goldfinch Estates. Marilyn joined us to share an engaging presentation filled with Irish history, stories, and traditions that our residents truly enjoyed. We were also treated to songs from the St. John Vianney students, who brought so much joy to the room with their performance.
To top it all off, our culinary team prepared St. Patrick’s themed treats that made the afternoon even sweeter.

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at the Red Rock Center for Lunch with the Arts. The meal was delicious, the company was even better, and Patrick Rasmussen delivered a fantastic performance that everyone loved. It was a great outing filled with music, laughter, and community.
We’re grateful for opportunities like these to explore local arts and culture together!

Susan was chosen as our Aspire Champion because she brings dependability, skill, and genuine care to our culinary team every day. She is an exceptional trainer who sets high standards while supporting those around her with patience and encouragement.
Her friendly attitude and strong work ethic make her someone both staff and residents rely on, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our residents feel valued and well cared for. Susan treats everyone with respect and kindness, making a positive impact with every interaction.

Today we welcomed a special visitor—Ellie, a service dog in training along with her handler, Klay. Ellie made fast friends with our residents, bringing plenty of smiles and bright moments throughout the community.
Thank you, Klay, for taking the time to share Ellie with us. We loved learning about her training and watching her gentle, friendly personality shine.

We had a wonderful afternoon at Goldfinch Estates with live entertainment by Cletus Goblirsch. Residents enjoyed great music, good company, and plenty of smiles.
We also celebrated this month’s birthdays with cake and a cheerful happy hour. It was the perfect way to wrap up a fun day together.
Days like these remind us how much joy music, community, and celebration bring to our residents.

Our Men’s Circle enjoyed a hands‑on afternoon this week as Bruce Ankeny joined us to lead a wood‑carving session. Several of our residents have carved in the past, so it was a meaningful opportunity to revisit a skill they’ve enjoyed over the years and share stories from their earlier projects.
Thank you to Bruce for creating such an engaging and nostalgic experience for the group. Activities like these bring great conversation, connection, and craftsmanship to our community.

Spring vibes in February? We’ll take it!
Today was the maiden group voyage on our brand‑new community bus, and what a perfect day for it. With the sunshine and warm breeze, it felt like spring decided to show up early just for us!
Our residents loved getting out for a ride together—lots of smiles, stories, and excitement for all the adventures this bus will take us on in the years ahead.
