Stronger Together - Faribault & Martin Counties Collaborating across our communities to improve the health of Faribault & Martin Counties residents.

A diverse group of organizations from across Faribault and Martin Counties are partnering to address the top issues impacting the health of the citizens of the counties, which include Adverse Childhood Experiences, Mental Health, Substance Use, Chronic Disease and Access to Health & Dental Care. The Stronger Together Coalition currently oversees the development and implementation of Faribault & Martin Counties Community Health Improvement Plan, the Statewide Health Improvement Partnership Grant, The Cannabis & Substance Use Prevention Grant and the Opioid Settlement Funds.

Additionally, the Agency reserves the right to terminate a person’s ability to post comments/materials or otherwise participate in the Agency’s social media tools when the person has repeatedly posted any of the above listed inappropriate comments/materials.

The 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline (988 Lifeline) provides emotional support for people in distress or experiencing a su***de, mental health, or substance use crises. The 988 Lifeline can also connect callers to additional local resources and community support services as needed.
