Life has been a little hectic lately as my dad recovers from his second stroke, but I’m so grateful to share that he’s home and healing well.

My journey to heal

37 year old mother diagnosed with Breast cancer August 2018. I was determined to help myself prepare for this journey of surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation.. I started doing little things to impact my mind, body and spirit and it made me feel like I had some control over my life again. I started using essential oils, herbal teas, natural shakes, guided meditation, Reiki, aroma touch and massage became my calm in the storm . My favorite thing has become herbals teas and warm baths so I have combined this for an amazing bath experience for your mind, body and spirit. As of 9/14/2019 I make herbal bath soaks for hydrotherapy benefits, lemon head face and neck oil the ultimate skin regimen for Anti aging and skin complexion. I found such value in touch therapy that I left a secure job of 10 years to follow this new path that has been so deeply embedded in my heart to share and be connected through touch so I sought out to be a Certified Reiki Practitioner and to add more modalities of healing I’m currently enrolled in massage school. I would like to add that I’m a reach to recovery breast cancer volunteer if you know anyone dealing with a Breast cancer diagnose and would like me to reach out to them please message me . Thank you

I now offer Reiki sessions. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. Reiki is a great modality to any age and any illness as it is non-invasive and can be done with with light touch or no touch. It is truly my favorite modality to give and receive.

I will be scheduling classes in the future to teach and certify students. Look for the announcement.
