I was truly honored to be featured today as a breast cancer survivor.

The article was beautifully written, and if there’s one message I hope others take from my journey, it’s this: surrender the illusion of control over how long we’re here, and instead make every moment count. Fill your life with what you love, do what brings you joy, and don’t be afraid to step beyond your comfort zone because growth only happens when we’re brave enough to stretch.

🌸 Breast Cancer Awareness Month Reminder 🌸

As a survivor, I want to encourage every woman out there: get to know your body.

Mammograms are powerful tools but your monthly self-exams and your own awareness will always be your first line of defense.

No one knows your body better than you. Pay attention to changes, listen to your intuition, and never ignore what doesn’t feel right.

You’re not just looking for a lump you’re looking for anything that feels different:
✨ Thickening or swelling
✨ Changes in texture or color
✨ Pain or tenderness that’s new
✨ Anything that makes you pause

Early detection truly saves lives.

This month, and every month, honor yourself by taking those few
moments for your self-exam.

Your life is worth it. ❤️
