*Someone casually mentions that they are SO stressed out.*

Me: Uhhhhh... do I give them the quick “try some deep breathing” answer or explain how stress spikes cortisol, tanks their other hormones, disrupts their gut, ruins their sleep, and creates inflammation that makes everything worse? 🤯
