Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Support Group

Struggling with intense emotions, stress, or relationship challenges? DBT is an evidence-based approach that teaches practical tools for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Due to continued interest and the powerful work happening in this space, our Enduring Narcissistic Behaviors Support Group has been extended for an additional 6 weeks, beginning January 11.

This free, remote support group is a safe and supportive space for individuals who have been impacted by relationships involving narcissistic behaviors. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

• Understanding narcissistic behaviors
• The impact on self and identity
• Boundaries and healthy detachment
• Rebuilding self-worth
• Moving toward healing
• Empowerment and growth
