Introducing 1st Lieutenant BSF Trainer, Sarah! 🎉
Born and raised in Rochester, Sarah’s been in the fitness world since 2009. She started with Zumba and never looked back. What began as dance turned into a passion for running and strength training.
Since then? 8 marathons, countless half marathons, endurance races, and miles upon miles of hard work.
Her mindset is simple: she doesn’t train to be skinny. She trains to be physically and mentally stronger.
