January is National Bath Safety Month—keep kids safe with these tips:
• Never leave children unattended in or near water, even for a moment
• Gather all bath supplies beforehand to stay focused on your child
• Use suction-cup mats in the tub and non-slip rugs outside to prevent falls
• Cover hard faucet edges with rubber or plastic covers to avoid bumps
• Set your water heater to 120°F and always test the water before bath time to prevent burns
